As you have indicated, really poor how Villa wanted to cheap out in not paying the full transfer fee for Elliot, and now the poor lad paid for their cold feet at the alter and gets frozen out playing in the league.

With 10/11 games to go Liverpool, ManU, Chelsea and Villa still all play each other.
We play them on matchday 35, 36 and 37. Would like to say itâs a big chance but Iâm more concerned about the condition of our squad by then.

Its always a weird conversation. One day less before the upcoming game means one more day in lead up to the next game. Most games are now played with a 3 or 4 day turn around and each time you get one the next time you are more likely to get the other.

After being 3-0 down Burnley eventually come back to take the lead but get the goal disallowed by VAR. they then concede a 4th themselves. They eventually get another 4th and VAR takes 10 mins to figure out if Barnesâ chest control resulted in the faintest of touches off his forearm and eventually disallow it. Ducking farce

Burnley âhandballâ equaliser got chalked off, and Alan Shearer complained how unfair the current hand ball rules are. Where the hell was he when Meccaâs goal last week was chalked off because of the stupid handball rule?
