Premier League 2025/26

He has been on fire every year except last season when he got that nasty injury. He didn’t ever recover from that and I remember I wrote here that they used him too early last season. Now he is like before his injury; an absolute monster. On the Norwegian national team, in the last games, he has been a titan. Of course, there are some fools who claims he doesn’t play well against the best teams, but that is nonsense and has always been nonsense.

Since they are all really offensive and repulsive players…I guess it’s logical they could all “talk” to the ref.

Apparently Haaland thinks the referee can’t blow for half time, until City have taken their corner.

'Game faster than Gyokeres’published at 17:11 BST

Arsenal 0-1 Man City

Rob Green
Former England goalkeeper on BBC Radio 5 Live at Emirates Stadium

You get the feeling that the game is faster than Gyokeres is. You compare him to Haaland, which is a bit unfair but those are the two centre forwards on the pitch, one can go past people while the other is being left behind.

Stoke vs WBA vibes here all around.

In short, Gyorkeres isn’t good enough.

Sunderland V Palace - Monday night - Pardew V Big Sam.

Literally the worst thing I’ve ever watched that labelled itself as football.

Even Barnet V Newport on a cold Saturday in December had decent half time food.

If results stands, it’s starting to be a considerable number of points down;)

I don’t think Spurs will be up there at the end of the season, but I may be wrong. Bournemouth almost certainly not.

Arsenal ain’t half dull. 4 CBs and 3 DMs makes for boring footy.

Think city will be very dangerous this season, Donnarumma a season changing signing for them and Haaland seems to be in great form.

Yeah, I think they have indeed found a keeper good enough for a title challenge.
It must surely hurt a bit Manchester United fans, considering their, almost outrageous, keeper problems.

It’s boring overcoached football by Arteta. Players need to be able to take some calculated risks. Arteta just is coaching the life out of them by the meaningless recycling of possession. Possession for the sake of it is idiotic.

Arteta’s taken the wrong lessons from Pep.

City are as usual a Rodri injury away from their season being done and dusted

I’d still prefer a draw, even though having six points advantage would be massive, even this early. Liverpool still have to go to both Etihad and Emirates (this sounds a bit funny when put together).

City looked pretty average as well. Except that goal where Arsenal defense just opened up for some reason.

Gyokeres makes Giroud look rapid..

City’s defence looks well shaky to be fair.

We know it is.

You are right, a draw is probably on average safer. But even so, a point is a point so it’s still not a bad result for us.
But of course, we cannot lose too many games if City find super form.
