Yes, it is. I wish he not smiled like that. But on the other hand, smooth relations with everyone is important for them so I can stomach that smile I guess. I don’t like it though.

Yes completely… There is no justification for war.
However, I’d be reasonably confident that if Mexico allowed the Russians to put their missiles there (like Cuba had in the past)… They would probably get invaded by the U.S. as well.
I couldn’t see the same thing happening in Western Europe though. Thankfully less war mongerers
There were no plans to deploy missiles in Ukraine or any sort of offensive NATO weapon system, it is a constructed Russian excuse and it holds no water.

Whereas it was Russia that provided Ukraine assurances in order to see Ukraine give up nuclear weaponry.
