Set up accommodation, sanitation etc, have consulates from the UN so visa applications to various countries not easily reached can all be done efficiently in one place. Providing immediate sanctuary to refugees within Europe.

Drones have been the real general-killers. Identify a location and target due to unencrypted comms, hit it with a drone. Only one general AFAIK has been hit by a sniper.
Wali was being reported as dead by the Russians, so he recently gave an interview. He claims he hasnāt actually taken a shot, his work has all been recon and identifying targets for artillery/drones. Also of note, he confirmed he is not the guy who has the long shot record.
Artillery is surprisingly accurate when guided by drones
