Russian War Crimes (Part 1)

that sounds like this story

When the Syrian war happened, friends of ours on the coast and their neighbors adopted a family. I’m going to probably reach out to them for more information on how they facilitated it.

Cheers, that’s what I was thinking. For these countries, and especially Finland, it has to be a no-brainer at this point. Although it would be interesting to know the conditions they’d have to fulfil for a NATO adhesion.

They have fulfilled all conditions long ago. I have been saying this to Limiescouse and others before this started. Finland and Sweden are different to Ukraine and will be fast tracked unless we get a surprising sabotage from say, France. But they have bern promised membership long time ago and have everything in order.

So, unless Le Pen is elected, they’ll join NATO. That’s a spectacular own-goal by Putin to be fair. He’ll have a hard time to explain this to his population.

Most likely, yes.

Yep, Finland and Sweden two of the most advanced militaries in the world and have run joint training exercises with NATO countries often over the last 20 years or so.

Also see Joint Expeditionary Force.

They’ll get in instantly.

They also have no territorial disputes as well. Ukraine obviously does for instance. But yeah, agree with what you write.

Russia might try and give them some?! Well, Finland at any rate.

Either way, NATO need to put themselves in harm’s way to protect Ukraine, and quickly.

Well, the Finns might have their own ideas about what St. Petersburg should be called, or at least the northwestern suburbs.

Many African countries, while not dependent on UN aid, import grain from Ukraine.

Somalia gets more than 60% of its grain from Ukraine and Russia, while Eritrea gets nearly 97% of its wheat from Ukraine.

Oops.

Not to sidetrack the conversation too far, but can anyone educate me on what Eritrea’s angle here is?

dictatorships have to stick together, you know? they couldn’t give two shits about the commoner’s, it’s about preserving their own personal seat in power.

Who needs wheat to eat when you have roubles? Yummy.

Idiocy about covers it. Foreign policy morons with their ideas that their dispute with Ethiopia means that they absolutely have to go against anything Ethiopian and their supposedly Western policies. So if Ethiopia decided to become the best place in the world to live where nobody needed to work and every person had a beautiful relationship and a fancy home Eritrea would do their utmost to be the opposite and a complete shit hole.

Something along those lines.

Lukashenko said that what happened in#Bucha was a special operation of#Britain.

Where’s the Good Law Project when you need them, huh? FFS.

They were too ashamed after your criticisms to carry on!
