Taking out Russian artillery will be the challenge. Russian tanks and helicopters will get hammered. Expect to see a lot more videos of these assets getting fucked up if they’re deployed in forward areas.

Further today German trade unions said that they strongly oppose a Russian gas boycot. Germany still refusing to send heavy weapons, dragging its feet, losing immense political capital as everyone roasts them in disgust. This is going to have long lasting geopolitical damage for Germany I predict. They are going to have big, big diplomatic problems in the future because of this.
I can understand why they are dragging their feet to be honest. They are caught between a rock and a hard place. Sending heavy weaponry to Ukraine might mean an immediate stop of Russian gas for them. That in turn would ruin a good part of their economy, hence trade unions absolutely opposed to it as you wrote yourself.
As for Hungary opposing any embargo on Russian oil import, no ƒ°©∆¡~@ surprise there. The EU will have to let every country decide how they help Ukraine on their own.
