Yeah, that is a serious piece of kit. Fast enough and long enough range to execute a counterbattery fire mission, then reposition to fire another one in fairly short order. The tricky thing will be how well that fire control system can mesh with some of their information systems to get full value from it.
But yeah, way the hell more useful than the towed stuff Canada sent.
Norway sent 100 Mistral missiles on Wednesday. I didn’t mention it because it kind of drowns in the larger deliveries. Still, they are useful with 8km range. They will probably kill a few helicopters (they can also kill low flying planes).
