How is everyone doing with their own personal steps? Obviously it’s been proposed to try and reduce reliance on Russian energy but turning your own central heating down by a degree or two helps save the planet too. We keep our house at around 18C. Not sure how that compares?

Doesn’t that depend on what your extra sweaters are made of, where and how they were transported? 
They had some start up issues and failed tests with Baluva some years ago, but usually their ICBM tests are successful. We have to assume it is successful unless NATO intelligence says otherwise I think. They have pretty good rocket technology after all.

I have it around that as well. But it’s not really something I do very consciously. In the summer months I don’t use any heating at all and winter is mostly over here now, so price of electricity is trajecting downwards. My mother likes 19 degrees.
Yeah, I know of the internal criticism from other parties. And I am aware of some polls that shows that Germans wants to do more. It is more interesting to read of internal Social Democratic criticism though. So thanks for posting that (you and @Livvy )

I bet 19°C is hot to most Norwgians. On the tele I’ve seen these nutters jumping into ice cold water in the middle of winter.

I didn’t do it this winter myself but done it before when I was younger. But elderly people do it as well so it is not as you get to old for it ! Just that I like it a bit less extreme when it comes to temperatures under water these days
