In theory slightly higher risk, yes. But Russia would be in massive problems if they suddenly started using nukes. It is just not something you just do.

Consensus now on OSINT that points to it being a VERY DARING raid on Bryansk with multiple Bayraktar drones. A suicide mission (for the drones). This must hurt the Russian ego so, so, so much. They were supposed to be able to shoot these drones down so easily

Good on them. The Israeli government does absolutely nothing to help Ukraine though as far as I know. Far too afraid of unsettling Russia and their accord in Syria.
well, there aren´t sending weapons but lots of medical aid, taking in thousands of refugees etc.
