Russian War Crimes (Part 1)

I’m not inferring anything. Is it that tough to understand that I’m apportioning quite a bit of blame for this shitshow to NATO as well… And that doesn’t mean I’m actually condoning Putin’s actions.

The world isn’t black and white , I wish people don’t see me in a ā€œwith me or against me stageā€ and start attacking me there.

As far as i am concerned , I’ve been pretty clear on what I wanted to say on this.

There were only 3 scheduled flights after the Feb 15 travel advisory, Feb 22, 24, and 26. Only one actually happened! That one was apparently full.

I am stunned that you would be so callous about abandoning your young countrymen to their fate. The Indian government has been making a lot of noise about this in the past 2 days, but doesn’t seem to have been doing much 3 weeks ago.

There are loads of organisations who do real humanitarian work on the ground. Ultimately it’s your decision who you find trustworthy. I donated to an alliance of such organisations here in Germany which set up a fund for Ukraine.

Like i said , I’m waiting for time and more information on this. I’m the first person to bash Modi’s govt on their attitude and their behaviour. But as far as the information that I’ve recieved from my media channels , They seem to have evacuated enough people…

Let me cross reference that and get back on this.

If it’s the case that only one flight was sent and the others weren’t…or the fact that only enough Indians turned up to fill one flight ?

I need some more info on this before i come to a conclusion.

Poland are preparing for up to 4 million refugees to cross the border from Ukraine.

You spoke of Sweden and Finland ! NATO has always, since decades ago, said they are welcome at any moment. They are NOT ex-Soviet states. You mix up stuff and reveal dubious lack of knowledge of history. Russian threats against Finland and Sweden are not the same as Rusian threats against it’s ex-imperial holdings.

I’ve only said that it’s possible to not be a part of NATO and still be against the russian occupation. And this was in response to the other posts.

Why jump on a high horse here ? I quite frankly do not understand.

Yeh, but at least we’ll go up one place on the results board.

am very surprised that the West is being so complicit in its lack of action to assist Ukraine in defending itself. This is an independent nation which has stood on its own for 30 years, and now when it needs help from a tyrannical invasion, our politicians are all lip service. This has been in the buildup for weeks.

How weak the rest of the world looks right now. China must be rubbing their hands in anticipation.

Wonder if a poll was done on here, how many would answer to the question "is American action to invade/bomb another country ever motivated by oil?

I mean people can call out stupidities on both NATO as well as the russian stupidity here right.

Because there is one aggressor and it threatens my neighbours with unspeakable military technical reactions.
States are neutral, humans are not. If you are neutral here then there is something fundamentally wrong with your ethics. As in fundamentally.

I’ve already been very clear in this that my sympathies lie with the Ukranian people who are suffering for no fault of their own.

I don’t think I’ve said anything which warranted you launching personal attacks on me.
