Funnily enough (well, not so funny actually) I lost my job a month ago after my employer found out about my disability…currently pondering my options and annoying my wife.
Fired because of your disability? You are a lawyer, yes?
Surely that’s a lay down misere for challenge?
In the meantime, hope you are doing okay and not pissing of your wife too much - sounds like you have some extra time to luxuriate in our season crescendo.
Yeah, not to derail the thread too much but correlation is not causation (as David Mitchell would say). One of the options I’m pondering is whether to challenge it through the tribunal or not. It’s not a straightforward decision.
Anyway…back to Ukraine!

I know not every disability is covered as I am unable to work as a train driver or pilot as I am colour blind, which is classed as a disability in UK, but you are still prevented from certain jobs
