What’s happened to Ukraine’s stand off missile capability. I Google it to see what they hve and they have the Tochka-U missiles. A little more digging and they should have an inventory of approaching 100. They’ve also recently developed a land based anti-ship missile that can be used for land attack. Have all the capabilities been neutralized completely? Find it odd they haven’t been slung at the Russians. Even the Houthi’s have done serious damage with a Tochka.

I posted yesterday a major Ukrainian Tocha attack on the Russian airfield in Rostov. Several Russian fighters were filmed burning.
But most of their capacity was taken out on Day 1 by pre-plotted Cruise/ballistic strikes. But they had the capacity to bomb Russia yesterday successfully !

It’s typically Russian, yes it could be a guess but Russia has allways gone about wars like this. They rely on their numbers (heavily) and are then shocked when the opposition doesn’t run away. They have always lacked raw materials it’s not that they are incompetent they are just arrogant. Look at WWII where they relied on USA.
I wonder if they have ever been able to sustain a war effort all by themselves?
The thing is here is if Ukraine hold out another 2 or 3 days they will be forced into taking the whole country whatever their initial plans were. This is because all the heros and martyrs they will have created amongst the Ukrainian forces will inspire others and particularly those to the west to take up arms and arms will pour in.
If/when they take Ukraine they will then have a massive problem with Slovakia from where the resistances’ arms will come from. This puts us in the historical European telescope where the Slavs once more become the savoirs of western Europe (the question is will western Europe help them this time if this scenario plays out?)

Russia relying on US in WWII is interesting take.

They beat western allies to Berlin as well. They wanted Germans engaged on two fronts, but they did a lot of the heavy lifting in wwii.

In the early phase, when they moved their industry to Siberia from Ukraine and elsewhere. Later, lend-lease not particularly important when they got their war industry up and behind the front. And he is right, they did the heavy lifting to crush Germany.
