This is highly inaccurate. Spearhead, naturally, consisted with a heavy dose of rangers (VDV, naval rangers) and Spetznas from various departments. Conscripts are, of course, not used in spearhead. You use the most well trained soldiers to do the most difficult tasks unless it’s a crisis. Every army does that. We have seen extensive documentation of losses from both Chechen Spetznas and various ranger groups. Recon and saboteur groups are not conscripts. Well, some are, but it’s ranger conscripts, i.e. the most highly trained.

Destroyed Russian columns inside Kharkiv. It is pretty amazing that Ukraine managed to take back the city !!!

As far as I know, there is already a French police unit in Kyiv, “officially deployed to protect the embassy”, which should also take care of the protection of the Ukrainian president in an emergency. (Whatever that means). And they are probably not the only ones in the country.
What happened? We only know (largely from your posts) that a Russian push was repelled.
Which is amazing. Look at the equipment. That is Tigr. Only given to Spetznas and RosGvardia. The city reportedly almost fell this early morning, but they have been crushed. It is amazing. Not natural. Expected it to fall.
