Assuming Russia gets to keep the lands they now occupy , what exactly are they going to do with all the destroyed cities . Re-build them ? Re-populate them ?
I read the other day that they had plans to turn Mariupol into another resort town. So a city that was once an economic powerhouse for the region is completely levelled and will now become a new holiday destination for sanctioned Oligarchs.
To the victor the spoils. I hope they enjoy it.
