Fancy beating ourselves by 4 points already!
Thanks for popping this chart up. Interesting to see that even with two losses we are one point ahead of the comparable games last season.
The performance level needs to pick up, but it’s not all doom and gloom.
I prefer the “old” format, so ive changed it. Also it’s easier to update in a post after every match
Its interesting to see how the two main rivals to the Premier Lague title are doing vs last season as well. Although we have 1point more than last season, Arsenal have 5 points more and Man City have 6 points more.
Nice work Alex, now don’t forget to work on your shooting ![]()
I think one thing misleading about comparing results to last year’s is that the motivation dropped off a lot when it was obvious that the title was coming. How many of the corresponding fixtures that fall into that part of last season fall into matches played so far?
Is this vs their corresponding results per team played or just by amount of games played?
Nevermind, it is.
Time to get the greens from here on. Would be good to match the 2 wins in the next 2 games both from perspective of not falling behind in comparable fixtures, but also we have something to build momentum now on and getting things right in the next two games would really boost the morale.
@ShadesOfRed Highlighted in blue the games we played after the Spurs win when the title was decided.
