Arsenal signing Tommy Setford, 18 year old GK from Ajax, for £1m.
Described on Sky Sports as a signing they are making to improve depth at GK, so I’m surprised they’re going for Tommy rather than his older brother Charlie who is generally seen as the bigger prospect and may even have a shot at being Ajax’s starting goalkeeper with Ramaj recovering from a broken elbow.

You’re probably right although it is Ajax so everyone is for sale.
I understanding signing either one of them, just in the framing of 18 year old Tommy being who they’ve gone for after the bid for 30 year old Dan Bentley was rejected seems odd. Sirely if you want squad depth you try and sign the 20 year old who has first team experience at Ajax, rather than his 18 year old brother who has only played U19 football.
