Have to be suspicious of someone like this. 12 goals in 26 games at 21 years old looks great but 8 of those goals were concentrated in a one month period at the end of the season. Outside of that, his track record is not that of a prolific goalscorer. For Mirandes, in division 2 and Villarreal’s B team he’s scored 8 in 44.
£35m for a guy who had a 4 week purple patch that rest of his career doesn’t match? Sounds like perfect Chelsea strategy to me.

Havertz might make sense for them as a their new Muller, if they didn’t already have Musiala who already provides challenges for them in figuring out how to get them on the pitch at the same time.

Not really… Two reasons i see Tsimi might be allowed to leave '- to fund other transfers, or bring in a left sided player who can cover dual CB/FB role.
Ssessegnon would probably cost more than we get for Tsimi, and doesnt do the CB cover.
