I mean you could say that about 90% of players that go for the prices they do…Fulham valued him at that and Hilal were prepared to pay it, I guess that’s all there really is to it.

I have a soft spot for him but there are probably quite a lot of PL transfers that justify his price tag by relativity… That said, I thought it was 40 million pounds?
Nevertheless, I’m really pissed off that he (and S. Milinković-Savić) chose Saudi money over proper football. Fulham fans absolutely loved him and he couldn’t even afford them respectful conduct when he decided that he wanted to move.

I’d have thought a club like Tottenham would have been ideal for him especially now that they lack a striker. Fuck knows how much he’s getting paid over in that league.
