Funnily enough, this is often the reaction of football fans in my parts of the world to similar transfers - but in Chelsea’s case, I’m not convinced it’s not the truth. That said, at least they didn’t pay double that amount (that Man United quoted for Garnacho a few months ago).

Chelsea get quoted 40m and panic and go back with a 50m counter offer because they have a 100m they have to clean by a week wednesday or a Colombian cartel boss kills Bohley’s wife. I watched a show on Netflix about it.

Wasn’t he once the next big thing?
He was on my last Footy Man save. In 2013.
I just looked at his record. Played for Italy at every age group,level and broke into the Milan team as a teenager but ten years later has still only scored 20 top flight goals
