Paid off to boost India’s net run rate probably since they would have lost anyway. :upside_down_face:

A collapse of which England would be proud.

Did any of the English players play in the World Cup?

Channeling Inzy

Fair few names such as Brook and Buttler (Crawley as well I think) I’d tuned out so there could have been others anyhow bowled much better in the second ODI but the bat looked suspect Jacks scored well mind.

Just to underline England’s fall. They’ve just lost to a team that couldn’t even qualify for the World Cup.

Abject.

Bangladesh New Zealand second test was fun. Without a bunch of dropped catches, we would won. Anyway, very refreshing after an abysmal World Cup.

Good stuff Ifti. Going toe to toe with NZ is not bad.

Well batted Salt, should be a lock as opener in both short formats now. Harry Brook coming in clutch, casually striking it at 443 at the end there. Ridiculous.

England need to find some bowlers from somewhere. Sam Curran has been awful since the T20 World Cup in Australia. Topley and Rashid are the only consistent performers in this format. Management must be praying Archer is fit again soon.

There seems to be only one winner in the current IN vs SA ODI - can IN pull something out from the jaws of victory?

Odd game. Are SA so poor or just a bunch of lucky deliveries?

Pitch had something in it for the bowlers. The Indian pacers often bowl well in these kind of surfaces.

Either way , it’s a series with the B or C team of India being sent , good signs for Indian cricket , not so much for SA

Salt and Buttler picking up where they left off from the last game.

Surprised Salt wasn’t picked up in the IPL auction. A better bet nowadays than a number of the older players some franchises have stuck with and did pretty well with the opportunities he got last year.

Slightly baffling that Tom Curran managed to get a gig.

Back to back 100s for Salt. A man in supreme form.

267-3. Jeez.

82-4 off 6 overs

If they don’t lose wickets they’d have a chance.

England’s bowling in all formats is rubbish.

Sam Curran banned for 4 games in Big Bash for intimidating an umpire. No idea what he did
