Didn’t think he would retire and I’m glad he didn’t.
i’d prefer him to retire from International football at the age of 35 years after winning 96 caps,
and concentrate on whats left of his Liverpool career where he’s handsomely paid to preform
It’s also our decision next summer whether we want to continue paying him and how much.

If it were up to me, he would only have a “Hendo role” in the national team—limited playing time, with a focus on passing on experience, acting as a role model, and guiding the younger generation etc.
