Funny, too, how they say “LB or LWB depending on our system by then”, as though they anticipate a change of system/manager soon?
And isn’t Mainoo halfway out of the door anyway?

My guess is that Mainoo insisted on staying and fighting for his place because he expected Amorim to walk at some point this season. He doesn’t seem to be in Amorim’s plans but he very much seems to be in Man United’s, given that they sold Garnacho and only wanted to loan him to another club instead of selling him.
And also funny on how easy they seem to think having a high quality left footed CB is.
Utd have the best midfield there is, if you imagine it made up of players who don’t play for them

‘hype Gravenberch like he’s the future’
Haha. He’s the present you muppets
Well.
That’s that sorted then.
While hyping players who don’t even play for his club. The irony…
Gonna be a sad day when he meets his expected end. Firstly they can’t keep being this shit. Secondly the thread title will need changing ![]()
When he goes, Oh Please let his replacement be Russell Martin

Southgate ![]()
We’ve sort of said that about 7 times now.
Give it to Rooney. He has Utd DNA
If it looks like they’re in serious danger of a relegation fight then I can see them going for Nuno.
Maybe Russell Brand…
…that might be fun.
Has “Big” Jim seen this? I think he should.
Unless they can entice some big name, they’ll surely go in for Nuno (Espirito Santo, not Bettencourt)?
It feels like the tide has turned and people have stopped making excuses. Instead it feels like acceptance that this cannot go on and he either changes what he’s trying to do or he is changed and is removed from the job.
The tide might have turned but Amorim’s stance certainly hasn’t changed!
