The cycle continues. Carrick will do well, not that well but well enough to finish 6th, inspires confidence, players come out in support of him appointed full time, he gets the job, club splurges 200m to support him, languishes in mid table by November, gets sacked by December, appoints ex player, cycle restarts.

Yep I have said that before, they have mostly 7 days to prepare for games and their players should be fitter, fresher and less injuries, massive for a team with what they have spent.
