Glazer Family Members Are Studying Manchester United Stake Sale

Some members of the billionaire Glazer family have been debating whether to sell their stake in Manchester United FC, after more than 20 years of ownership that has often been blighted by fan protest, people familiar with the matter said.

Several stakeholders in the US-based Glazer family have been studying the possibility of divesting part or all of their holdings in the English Premier League football club, according to the people. The internal discussions initially centered on stake sales by some individual family members, who are now hoping to convince others to join them, the people said.

Football fixtures are announced next week and as Carrick won the last two games, there will be a certain someone hoping their first three fixtures will be easy :0)

Will a European game be in the first 3? With the changes to international breaks it’s entirely possible.

So hopefully away to Paris or Bayern

There is a Westham fan doing it and growing his moustache, I saw him after 100 days, I somewhat doubt for him it will be an issue.

Ratcliffe and Burnham aren’t friends which should count for something when Ratcliffe goes cap in hand for government funding.

Can we change the name of the thread already ?

I thought Burnham was actively pushing for this, it was Reeves who wouldn’t fund anything outside of the infrascture.

I’m only going on how Burnham reacted to Radcliffe’s comments on immigration.
It’s possible he’ll look at things in a different light if he ends up in no.10, he’s not going to want to rubber-stamp anything that’s unpopular with the general public so soon.

Radcliffe has already climbed into bed with Farage. Here’s hoping that proves to be a poor business decision.

To carry on a theme I have started.

Is that a circus?

Yes, yes it is. The walk out music for the home team will be Send in the clowns and the colour palette is being described as Alex Ferguson’s face watching the team Red
