Scott McTominay seals his status as a Napoli icon with a spectacular first goal as his side defeat Cagliari to win Serie A.
Relegation in the next couple of years is on the cards.

In before @Iftikhar
I shouldn’t be doing this. But I scouted around redcafe for some posts concerning the Wirtz transfer.
Howling! I adore you.
Wrote it a long time ago already. The mismanagement at this club over the last couple of years reminds me a lot of what happened to Schalke or Hamburg before they got relegated.
A well run club could now use a season without European distraction as a blessing in disguise to start a long lasting rebuild and aim a Top8 finish.
Doubt it’s going to happen.
Every Utd story from now until they prove otherwise will reference the fact they’re teetering on the edge of oblivion.
The pressure will be immense. If they start badly it will get so wild.
I cannot wait.
McTominay with a bicycle kick to put Napoli within touching distance of the title tonight.
United fans did nothing but slag him off. Club were happy to take £30m for him. Now he’s flourishing in Italy, is adored by the fans and should have a winners medal round his neck.
Bet he’s not regretting that decision.

He deserves all the criticism levelled at him. He disrespected Spurs by saying that they should win anything. What an arrogant git! ![]()
Who is he to say which teams should win or not.
That’s it Maria, get stuck into the cunt…
Does it hurt him to say , fair dues to Ange and the Spurs team, they changed tack and got over the line.
Even we appreciate the other team when they beat us fair and square.
Man Utd have fallen beyond the depths of despair. I genuinely looked to them as our real rivals (outside of Liverpool), not Man City. Even though they were the enemy, we had so much in common as a traditional fanbase and club. We forget sir Matt Busby and Sir Bill Shankly were good friends.
I really hate what Radcliffe has done to the club, by forcing all these redundancies on staff who devoted all their years to the club. He hasn’t got a clue how to run an EPL club. He should stick to chemicals. Also, don’t get me started on the owners. They are worse than Gillette and Hicks. Man Utd are going through a barren period, like we did. It is sad in a way.
And they’ve gone and started laying off 200 more. That’ll be nearly 500 people being sacked off by INEOS since they took over running the club 18 months ago, and watch them spunk another 200 million quid on shite players this next couple of months. What sort of message do they think they’re sending there???
John Henry and FSG are not perfect, they’re not altruistic saints by any means, but at least they’re not actually evil fucking cunts with no regard for the club’s history or fans like INEOS appear to be.

I know i have complained about FSG, but compared to what is going on at Man Utd, we are bloody lucky to have FSG. Ratcliffe looks like the grim reaper bringing the plague back to Manchester!
Who gives a shit what Phil Foden thinks?
It is sad in a way.
The fuck. It is absolutely not. Disgraceful attitude from you there, bend over for six of the best.
As for Busby, he was our player and even was offered a coaching role with us. He player with and mentored Bob Paisley and they remained strong friends.

Quite the week for our friends from Manchester.

Not sure, that came out quite right…

When you want to have ham and all you get is spam. That’s scamorim.
The only way something will happen to change the way that club is operating, is one of two ways…
a) The fans congregate outside the ground on matchday’s instead of inside the ground watching the games.
b) They sell it lock stock and barrel to some organisation that has more money than sense… The icing on the cake, would be if Trump gets an urge to buy them… can you imagine that :0)

If commercial revenues are to drop significantly the current owners may look to sell up just before that happens. There would probably still be scope for a new and well organised owner to snag a relative bargain - the brand and fan base is still strong and would be somewhat rejuvenated after a takeover
