The rule is the tournament committee can count the game as finished, order a replay, or order the additional minutes to be played. Normally, when it gets to 67’, it is either going to stand or be replayed in part.
I do wonder though if they could just finish it in the wee hours.

It is a FIFA convention that a game that has been played less than 67’ does not stand, so most competitions apply some variation of that. Mind you, would not be the first decision made to ManU’s advantage that departed from conventions
