So, if their confidence was already low, Onana and Bayindir will probably feel worse being usurped by this new guy. What sort of message is Amorim sending them? A couple of mistakes, but he doesn’t publicly back them to boost that fragile confidence. Instead, to all intents and purposes, he’s humiliated them both quite openly. What if this young guy starts making errors too? Who does Amorim turn to then?
His (man)management ‘skills’ are beyond belief.
I’m beginning to suspect that United’s transfer strategy involves a dart board.
