Well, saying that the title is not theirs for the taking next season is one of the more sensible things a ManU manager has had to say on the way IN the door for quite some time. The usual cycle is talk big early, then start saying they need time when it starts going pear-shaped. I think he is definitely right, 2.5 years is not going to get that squad to the top of the leage.
