I think that is too easy a thing to point to. There are definitely players who arent good enough, and the fact some of those are in key positions (goalie, up top) probably exacerbates the impact of that, but most of these players have been successful elsewhere or have obvious potential. Something happens these days at this club that once players get there they get significantly worse. Whatever that is needs to be addressed before simply buying another set of new players becomes a viable way forward.
