Meanwhile, the big-scale genocide continues…
Damn, one has to wonder what that U-shaped building is?
Yeah, I was asking myself this too…
Mosque?
One quote in this article is dazzling too:
“The estimate of the total amount of rubble in Gaza is 61m tonnes. It is approximately 20 times the amount of rubble generated in all wars across the world over the last 18 years,” Jaco Cilliers, the UN Development Programme’s special representative in Palestine told the Guardian last month. The presence of human remains still buried under the rubble remains one of the most urgent humanitarian problems."
Don’t think Mosques are ever U-shaped. Looks more like a hospital
not like Israel to leave a hospital still standing…
A once well disguised safe house?
Al Qadsiah school according to AI.
And how does bombing Gaza to rubble even allow Israel to search for the tunnels ?
Without knowing, I think my guess that it is a hospital is a fairly good one.
Edit: Sithbare has the likely answer.
The on going “World War” - does the interconnect-ness of all of the conflicts constitute the moniker?
Has the nadir been reached?
This is bad.
Couple of Bangladeshi got killed in the last attack on Riyadh Airport, and our local fanatics are doing their best to turn it into a Shia-Sunni confrontation.
Don’t forget, these same scumbags stay utterly silent when a dozen of our expatriate workers from the region (ME, not just KSA) return dead, EVERY MONTH.
Unfortunately, Ansarallah killed and maimed a fair few Sunni pilgrims in this attack on the civilian airport.
It’s bad as you say. Very bad.

In Europe and the US, there is a tendency to see this (particularly voiced by Muslims and leftists living there) that this is “just” a US-Israeli Vs Iran proxy war, and that “good” Muslims should support Iran due to how the US-Israeli attack was unjust.
However, that is a simplification based on lack of knowledge and a tendency to see the underdog as more valiant and just (like in football, we root for them), or alternatively, bias due to Israeli-American involvement and the illegal nature of the US-ISR launched war.
It’s not so easy, but highly complicated. Iran is not an innocent victim, Ansarallah is certainly not an innocent victim. But neither are their opponents…
However, when Third Parties gets attacked, like in the case with Iran’s targeting of merchant ships and Gulf States, and Ansarallah targeting of civilian sites; it has consequences as I have been harping on about ever since Iran’s strategy in the war became crystal clear. And the consequences is that regional states, that would otherwise be sympathetic or at least neutral will become hostile. Same is true when Sunni pilgrims are blasted with ballistic missiles. And it is not as if Ansarallah does not know that they could kill pilgrims, I note. But it’s a strategic calculation, economic damage more important than good will of the Umma and etc.
Is this conflict directly related to the Iran War ? Actually not. But indirectly, it is.
This is the genocide version of “not to be racist, but…” before saying something absolutely racist
Quite a good overview here of the situation in the Gulf. Wherein there is also a nod to the whole sportwashing dream gone awry in the face of attacks by Iran and the Houthis. (Not to mention our own English Independent Football Regulator.
)
‘The most disastrous consequence of all, from the perspective of Gulf rulers, has been the way the attacks have disrupted the integration of these countries into the cosmopolitan international community as places for tourism, entrepreneurs, sports and entertainment. They spent billions in securing Formula One, golf and boxing franchises and tournaments, only for a flurry of cheap drones to put it all at risk.’
