I am really curious about the Fox News report.

It would have been hilarious, if it werenât so tragic.
And almost as soon as it was being reported out by tv news channels there came a denial of any such order from the IDF.
They were in fact simply âassistingâ people who wanted to evacuate.

It is actually somewhat impressive in an appalling sort of way that in the midst of this terrible Gaza crisis, he has managed to be horrifically anti-semitic without a trace of corresponding sympathy for the Palestinians.

I posted the transcript of an interview he had on PBS the day after his resignation. It was most noteworthy for claiming, and then double downing on the idea after the interviewer realized what he implied and wanted to give him a chance to backtrack, that the laws we have in place to ensure our weapons are not used for actions that violate international law are purposefully ignored when it comes to Israel due to the knowledge that they cannot comply with them.
This is now a well respected, normally pretty milqutoast member of congress who does not rick the boat saying he has repeatedly raised this issue only to see it get ignored

The only way they even think about changing is if America pulls aid to Israel.
Given the pro Israel fervor here, (not exclusively, but it is very pro Israel in relation to most of the rest of the world) I wonât hold my breath.
Some of the responses to the horrific videos of the aftermaths on TwitterâŚpeople treat critters in their house better.
Where the fuck re they supposed to go? Theyâre already displaced from the north to the south. What was the point of bombing a refugee camp? More bullshit about tunnels?
I mean theyâre not hiding their intentions any more either. IDF videos are widely shared showing various atrocities being committed. Palestinians being treated like dirt.
