Meta playing politics by depriving Palestinians of the possibility to communicate with the outside world. They deny it of course, but there is enough proof now.

Iā€™ll never understand how anyone can continue to sustain that monster - let alone hundreds of millions of people - by using it on a regular basis.

And meanwhile, Israel continuing to do what Israel does:

This graph is particularly enlightening:

An older opinion piece, but still relevant. No amount of blaming each other will solve the problems, a solution is only viable if it has the buy-in of both Palestinians and Israelis.

Hopefully this is not a sign of things to come. The first major test of the new government, so will be very interesting as to how they handle this.

Itā€™s been a remarkable month, regarding Russian state owned ships sinking. Thankfully, this is not an oil tanker this time around.

Never mind, source was incorrect. My apologies. Here is correction. It is not related to the Syrian evacuation it seems:

Again, apologies for OOT.

Russia seems to have a lot of old crappy gear. Ships sinking all the time.

Extrapolating it out to the nuclear arsenal, I suspect it is not nearly the threat one might initially imagine, but it has been modernized somewhat so they are clearly not to be messed with, as it could lead to MAD.

Psychologically I suspect all their bravado and nuclear threats have been made knowing full well 90% of their gear is old crap, but the part that is up to snuff is plenty for them to wipe any enemies off the map, as of course, they would be too.

No place for children.
Since the beginning of the war 14,500 children have been reported killed in #Gaza according to @UNICEF. One child gets killed every hour. These are not numbers. These are lives cut short.

Killing children cannot be justified. Those who survive are scarredā€¦ pic.twitter.com/7sXIQLRXQP

Yes, they have been trying to herd the populationg south for many months now. Everyone has been getting away with attacking hospitals the last 2 decades and it has become a usual tactic by certain states to incentivise civilian population to move. Then they try to find some laywer stuff to justify the deed with something else, but usually, it is in warring parties interest to ā€œpersuadeā€ civilian population to move and attacking hospitals helps with that; as seen in Syria for several years and Ukraine more recently. It has become normal and particularly if you are dealing with irregulars that needs civilian population to hide among. No longer shocking. If Israel commands the civilian population to move south, I assume they will bomb hospitals if they refuse to move. Itā€™s fucked up.

Iā€™ve lost my faith in the human race almost like 20 years ago. Itā€™s high time others get to do the same.

Iā€™m just curious as to why a spy plane would leave its transponder on.
