Just now , playing that
“Spreading the disease” song.
I’m fucking biased over here. But as lyrics worth telling a story … Concept metal album if you will. You can’t beat that.

I was LITERALY humming Spreading The Disease to myself
Tate’s well… Tate. And he’s not in queensryche anymore
But I do hope they can do justice to those.
And those lyrics are fucking reflective even now.
I was thinking the same. Also a LOT of Megadeth old stuff fits in now. Peace Sells but Who’s Buying, Hook In Mouth, Ashes in your Mouth, Holy Wars etc
Very less songs which stand the test of time. Mindcrime is probably the only album which does so.
Rip.
That first Maiden album still sounds fresh. Absolutely ferocious.
Whenever someone puts up the question regarding the best debut album in heavy music, Iron Maiden is always the first one that pops up in my mind. Those two albums with Di’Anno were immense, true classics of the genre. I’m really sad about Di’Anno, hopefully he’s at peace now.
Anyone know if @cynicaloldgit made it home from the baklava concert?
No idea.
Yeah , for sure
It’s hard to beat the first two albums of Maiden when it comes to making a freshness and making an impact.
What a real and raw song this is - Before social media as well.
It helped bring many of these children back to their parents
Runaway Train - Soul Asylum
For @Bekloppt
It’s a forum full of losers and I’m pulling out of here to win!
