Eating eggs could stop you becoming a slaphead as boffins claim they help thinning barnets
Scoffing eggs could stop you becoming a slaphead, according to eggheads.
People worried about their thinning barnets are being advised to add more of the vitamin-rich food to their diets each week.
Dr. Emma Patel, a renowned nutritionist and hair health expert, said eggs are a powerhouse food for hair health as they are packed with biotin, the protein that makes up hair.
Other powerful allies in the battle to keep your barnet were found to be pot noodle, spinach, salmon, nuts and seeds and sweet potatoes.
Dr Patel said: “Eating these foods can definitely help nourish your hair from the inside out, but consistency is key.”
A spokesperson from Cardplayer Lifestyle said: “By working with experts like Dr. Patel, we’re able to share insights backed by real-world data, which can empower people to take control of their hair health. We’re proud to help our community make better choices for their overall well-being.”
I was rushing to say @PeachesEnRegalia single handedly disproves Dr Patel. But she does say consistency is key and that doesn’t strike me as peaches’ strong suit (based solely on the volatile and whimsical nature of his posts).
It’s in the right place.
How many eggs did you eat today @peaches ?
Isn’t he proving her right?
After all, Stallone isn’t bald. Pity, because Slaphead Sly has a nice ring to it.
That’s none of your goddam business.
Too many eggs then. Did you get some follicular growth?
It’s 645 am and I need saag paneer. Not good.
Go make it.
And why can’t you call it palak paneer ?
I have a niece named Palaak and it confuses me
Poor choice of name.
It’s easier to make. You won’t get the restaurant ka feel. But nothing too difficult in that recipe.
Make the base before , and you can use that for chicken , potato etc as well. Saves a lot of time.
The only thing I make is coffee, bhai sahib.
