How the fuck does one know who is a cannon fodder and who isn’t a cannon fodder? In the heat of war, go by the rules of engagment. Unless the russian soldier put down his rifle and surrender unconditionally, all armed Russian Soldiers should be treated as per the rules of engagement.
Yeah, this woman sure speaks a lot when she is not at the battlefield risking her own fucking life. Not fair for the cannon fodder? How about the Ukrainian soldiers? Isn’t it not fair for them as well to get dragged into this by a scumbag Putin?

I’ve got no idea where Amnesty falls in the realm of war, but I imagine that this statement with its poorly-photoshopped image in front of Kremlin is just as naive. I thought it was a joke at first.
The Amnesty website makes no mention of this tweet or the comment, so I would think it is likely to be fake
