If the USA arenât going to provide security guarantees to Ukraine for the mineral extractions and the EU have to provide boots on the ground (with no confirmed US air support), why doesnât the EU just request these mineral guarantees themselves, while providing the security guarantee? I canât believe that the whole EU is so poorly armed they canât stand up to Russia.
We should also not lift any of the sanctions on Russia.
