Barbaric. We can blame Putin and his enablers but on an individual level one would think that there is some level of autonomy by a drone operator to think what it is they are doing and achieving but sadly that isnāt the case. Hard to see past most Russians as just evil.
Itās unfortunately their military (and civilian) culture. Itās not like Putin personally orders random drone operators to target civilians specifically, and yet they do every day in Kherson and elsewhere with their Human Safari. So itās the culture, not Putin.
Sadly 2-3K too few (because now, RU manages losses versus recruitment, but only JUST, so their army doesnāt actually decrease in size).

Their armoured numbers are roughly the same or larger than what they started out with. Read an interesting analysis about that; delving that deep into their stockpiles being a one time deal and production cannot now keep up with loss rate. As Churchill would say, itās not the end, not even the beginning of the end but perhaps, the end of the beginning.
