Not really factual. They are not bombing the energy sector right now, but logistics (see posts above). Maybe this was a cyber attack, but likely it is just the stress of the destroyed grid. In a few days, Ru will be back to bombing the grid as well.
I otherwise agree with you on the absence of US and much of EUR.
I’m guessing Ukraine are hitting Russia energy infrastructure back as revenge?
There is a campaign, but it’s not as effective and it does not target civilian energy infrastructure in the same way. It’s also not really revenge, since Ukraine cannot really afford to launch costly military operations with limited equippment as revenge.
