*In Russia, the fuel shortage is no longer just affecting drivers.

Due to restrictions on public transport, employees are increasingly struggling to get to work. As a result, some defense industry companies are also starting to report problems.

Logistics is the backbone of every war economy. When transportation begins to collapse, the impacts spread much farther than just to gas stations.*

Hitting civilians hard is the heinous move of someone who momentum is against. Ukraine have developed very effective drone weaponry and have been striking infrastructure targets deep into Russia, and hurting them. Ukrainian weaponry just gets better and better, with more stuff being added as we go.

I don’t know what the way out of this will be for Russia. Will they plumb new depths by firing greater weaponry on civilians? Likely. Will Ukraine get to the point where they will respond in kind, and move on from infrastructure to target civilians in, say, Moscow?

In the name of fairness I want them to, in the hope that it causes the Russian people to have a reality check that might cause them to rise up against their leaders. But I dread what would happen if Ukraine targeted civilians in Moscow.

One of these combatants is sitting there with 6000 nuclear weapons. My fear is that with enough of a bloody nose, Putin will deploy a ‘small’ tactical nuke against Ukraine.

That’s at the stage where you would have to fill up and then have enough range to join the back of the queue again :joy:

This is the operation from many days ago. But sadly, since these were in shelters, we will not get to see pictures. One of the shelters supposedly containing an S-30 had a large fireball coming out of it, according to what I have read
