I’m sure Nuno won’t be out of a job for long.
West Ham’s owners may well be considering their options at the moment. Brentford also. Or even an emotional return to Molyneux.

I wonder if Glasner will now jump ship, when Forest come for him?
He can’t be that mad.
Apparently Ange is in the frame:
That seems a really strange move for Ange.
He doesn’t seem to be the sort of person that would work well with Marinakis, and adding Edu into the mix doesn’t follow Anges’ usual set up of having final say on transfers.
Don’t think that’s an improvement for Forest
Bit of a swing in extremes with playing styles too isnt it?
When they end up in trouble, we can go and get Anderson.

Nuno had it coming after his latest remarks about the owner. It was always going to end up like that. I wonder what the fans think about that. They must not be happy.
Should be a bit more open against Forest. Hopefully Slot doesn’t have to mention it every few weeks this season.
I think it’s a backwards step.
The owner is a top notch bellend mind.
Odds on Ange getting sacked before anyone else?
Yeah, I completely agree with this.
Marinakis is ruthless. Can see Ange managing AEK Athens by next season.
Well, he’s in. Back to back Europa League triumphs? That wouldn’t go down well in certain parts of London.
It’s a strange fit from a football perspective because as others have said the side does not look like it’s been put together in a way to support Angeball. But he and the dickhead owner have the “Greek” connection and apparently know each other quite well already so he knows exactly what he’s getting in to.
I was going to mention the Greek connection too, that culturally and in terms of knowing the other, there is some basis on which to work.
Mind you, I don’t see it ending particularly well, I just think that owner is such a loose cannon.
I thought Nuno would be sacked a couple of weeks ago when he spoke about his relationship with the owner. Since that day it was on the cards. I’m sure he is happy enough with the outcome and will pop up elsewhere in football as he is a decent coach.
One thing to watch at Forest will be the influence of Edu, or at least the way he wields it, as apparently he was key in Nuno wanting out.
They brought in an excellent Swiss forward called Ndoye this summer, from Bologna, for the paltry sum of €35m. He has been excellent for them in the first games, and I was looking forward to see how he’d blossom under the guidance of Nuno, so a bit disappointed for him. But Ange can help him develop too I guess.
Potter surely next, Nuno to manage West Ham by the end of the month
Yeah he is a goner.
