That’s brilliant
Far from it daily diet of Coucous (semolina for you ignorant ones, crushed wheat for those even more ignorant ) and bread. Ok a bowl of porridge as well which apparently is low on gluten. Even so I look fit and healthy and cut my hair ocassionally.
