i have complications from a chronic long term b12 deficiency… but i am 44 so could also be age ![]()
Oh, ok.

that is not a position on have they cheated or have have they not. What would be the best thing? well I mean its obviously that no one cheats.
Righto, enough
I just wondered if there is any chance they could do it in anticipation. Like how shady people take out company loans knowing they are going down the pan.
You aren’t vegan by any chance?
I think Klopptinho is missing the main point here. Yes, things may have been different, we may never have achieved what we achieved if we didn’t have to maintain such a high level because of City. That doesn’t negate the fact that they cheated and caused us and a lot of other people to miss out on a lot of joy and the teams/players to miss out on a lot of money while taking it for themselves. I guess the main thing Klopptinho is missing is what we all want the most, JUSTICE. It won’t make up for the moments missed but it will punish the people that took it from us.
nah. it probably was caused by diet over the years, i was very fussy eater in my youth.
More likely that they would sell the players to a third party to revoup the money. Of course, the players would have to agree to it. Rangers tried this in 2012, and most of their players told them to do one and became free agents.
OK. It’s just that one of my colleagues is vegan, and she asks me to buy Marmite when I am visiting the UK as it is a reliable source of B12.
i can understand wanting them punished. I worry that a lot of people might suffer mentally from this afterwards and there doesn’t appear to be a lot of focus at all upon that. Not everyone is strong and i worry about a lot of things away from the guilty or not guilty thing. When people relax and the reality that life might have been different for them. I care about people like @Livvy @Hope.in.your.heart @RedWhippet and even @GermanRed .. some i don’t know the first thing about .. but i still bloody care that people don’t suffer in silence with depression and things over this. Worrying about the outcome of the outcome. shouldn’t make me a bad person or wrong
The impact of the penalties Man City end up with will need some consideration. However, this should be considered as mitigating the consequences of the penalty on other people not an adjustment of the penalty itself. As an example, you don’t treat a murderer less leniently if they have children who depend on them. You may need to provide benefits and support to the children when the parent is jailed, but you don’t reduce their sentence.
AHHH now i recall the tax bill , still remained unpaid and the players weren’t sold off to pay for it. I am wondering if there would be a case were administrators could possibly be put in to sell the city players to pay chelsea nd forest etc, but that also would have to be within a transfer window and with agreements of players.. like you say… so thats probably not a viable option
Agree with the sentiment, but hopefully the matchday crowd can come up with someting more original and vicious. Lets see these cunts in tears before the game kicks off
I’m pretty sure that everyone in your list will handle things a lot better if City are sanctioned than if they get away with it again. If i find someone stood over my dead pet holding a gun and saying “im glad hes dead” then i may never feel the same again but im damned sure i want the git punished for it even if it doesnt get me my pet back.

I think Liam needs to lay off the coke
it might be something to do with the emirates, they might sell some strong stuff over there? could be the same stuff that arsenal puffed on before offering the extra quid for suarez,
It didnt play out in the media though. For the fact this was an 8 year process the details of what was happening were incredibly well kept under wraps. This was true to the point of that being the story in itself for several years - “is it bad this is hanging over the league and we know nothing about what is going on?” The details are only being covered by the media now because the process has finished and the findings of it have been made public. Given that, it is a head in the sand attitude to think it is still better at this point, with everything we now know, if they are found not-guilty. That doesnt put the genie back in the lamp. It was a credible, if naive, position 10 years ago when this first started. It requires a refusal to engage with the known facts to still take the position.
Yes its better if city havent cheated, but that isnt the baseline position anymore.
Exactly right, there was many a discussion or comment on here asking “WTF is actually going on?”
Months went by without so much as a sniff in the media, and it was rarely mentioned by pundits.
Of course it’s in the media now, the investigation and trial are complete with a guilty verdict announced.
Nothing the media say now will change that decision so the “played out in the media” narrative can be dropped as it’s fooling no-one…well almost no-one.
I worry about people who are cheated.
People who put their blood, sweat and tears into loving something and have that something reduced by blatant, unfettered cheating.
The thing is, lest we forget…they have been found guilty. Their appeal is already tarnished by outside influencers. Wishing it would all just go away is naive.
