Then you will love the TV adaptation. Please don’t write it off because it was made by a production company founded by some of the people involved in the Doctor Who reboot. You’d be doing yourself a massive disservice.

I have just finished season 1 and I still can’t tell what demons do when two people have sex. Do the demons have sex as well, do they just stand there and stare. I can’t even use the bathroom with my cat staring at me.

It also seems that the demons are of the opposite sex of their owners, is this correct?
