Ugarte could be good, but everything I’ve seen suggests he’s too slow for the PL. They’ve been crying about Casemiro being slow and leaving them exposed, not sure this guy will do much better, but we’ll see.
Also, not sure how they’re making this all fit within PSR rules - was only last season they were claiming to be skint and couldn’t buy without selling. They’ve sold a few this summer, but nowhere near enough to cover all of these purchases.
