Is it just me or is there an issue with Twitter previews not showing anymore when posted?

could it be to save bandwidth? force redirect to Twitter to replay the video from their b/w
It’s not a bandwidth issue, it’s twitter changing things on their side.
I have a big update coming up we’re I will need to take site offline for a hour or so. That fingers crossed should solve the issue

Is this week’s planned downtime in order to fix the embedding issues?
It’s quite annoying when one has to wait for all the tweets to download in a thread.
