Leipzig have just been very good. Sure Manchester United have had 2 chances, but only 2. Leipzig have been controlling the game pretty well, negating MU chances, denying them good positions. And now they score on the counter again. Strong by Kluivert, De Gea could have done better and it was bad communication in the United defence.
They wanted to finish the game with a new assistant ref but now the Istanbul players refuse to play.

This appears to be Ba’s point, and there is a sense to it. That sort of language is what is referred to as “otherizing”, a way in which things that are not white are treated as a curiosity worthy of being pointed out. It is very often completely innocent, but even those cases can fall into the category of what some call a microaggression and convey the meaning of someone who doesn’t belong. It is a worthwhile discussion to have and an issue white people would do well to try to understand, but it is NOT the same as using the N word.
I’m sure a lot of Romanians do speak about skin colour in this way even when not being racist, but it’s also important to understand that saying the white one would have done nothing to clarify who he was talking about given the make up of the bench.

Greenwood shoots, but it’s easy for the keeper, such shots rarely go in, Greenwood should have tried to aim higher instead of going for the shot that the keeper has perfect angle on.
This is what I have the biggest challenge with. I don’t want to turn this into a social debate. But Webo was abusing the official. He’s an absolute loose cannon, not his first time losing his grip on reality. He was in the wrong.
Now this official will likely lose his career and be crucified for his unfortunate language mishap. Zero difference with Cavani. None. And it’s hypocritical horseshit.
