Grealish will come around
Wtf Leipzig?
Heard on the radio this morning that 50,000 simulations were run, and 10 points seems to be the magic number. 9 is a possibility, they said.
No only when they got rid of Alvarez and Mahrez. Selling Palmer to Chelski was not very wise.
Liverpool vs Brest final.
You heard it here first folkes!
Imagine the chicken sangers!!!
If we get Feyenoord
If you look at the table now it will need a really bizarre series of results for City to not qualify
The teams on 4 points and fewer and not mathematically out, but they in reality they are and that doesnt leave very many options for teams to pass City.
If they lose to PSG next up they will start the final round of fixtures outside the top 24. But even they fixtures are pretty favourable to them to make it back in. They have a very winnable game against Brugge last. Dinamo have a terrible run in and are unlikely to pick up another point (Arsenal and Milan). and PSG and Stuttgart play each other on the final day meaning at least one team we’re looking at to catch/stay above city, has to drop points.
Short of City totally collapsing and failing to beat Brugge, it could come down whether we find a way to gift PSV points in the last round of fixtures
To be honest, I’d prefer to see them in and playing the extra matches, ideally against a tough opponent that knocks them out. That side has put on some remarkable winning runs before, and the league isn’t over.
The downside is if they sneak in they are at the end of the table that might make them potential opponents for us in the last 16, with fixtures coming at a time where they might have refound their groove.
We need to beat all the teams to win the CL, so not really bothered.
That is true if we are required to play every team, but that isn’t how the tournament works. Everyone sees blood in the water with City right now, but there will be time between now and the last 16 ties for them to sort their shit out. With the CL likely to be the only thing they have left to play for that season, no one is going to want to see them be the lowly seeded team they end up getting.
On the other hand, seeing them face a first-round match-up with Atletico would be no bad thing - and on current seedings we would not see them before the semis.
Reads to me the top 24 is all but decided, well 23, with the last being determined with how PSG and Stuttgart do. Brugge could still be dragged into it with the 2 fixtures they have left (Juve and City).
The top 8 is the more interesting, order aside top 4 sides looks more or less sealed with the other 4 being a battle of 9-10 teams.
Ljinders hanging on in there
There is a huge swing around the next round, so the 24% for Dinamo could shift massively were they to win. However, away at Arsenal probably closes the door on them. PSG faces City in Paris, so they could end up swapping places.

PSG faces City in Paris
Great to see 3 English teams in the top 8…
Fuck that.
There’s only one team from the Premier League that I want to see doing well.
I am a different generation and I remember football before Sky. They have created all the hatred and taunting between supporters and it serves their purpose. Not for me. If we can’t win this competition then I would much rather it was Arsenal or Villa than Real or Bayern. I draw the line at this current regime owning City though.
