It is possible to put up temporary border controls if there is a specific security reason, but it is very hard to enforce unless you can identify the individuals that you want to stop. By the sounds of it, they have scrapped their ticket allowance and will stop fans entering the stadium if suspected.

Looks like a swiss cheese approach. Put up enough imperfect roadblocks to fans getting in that the likely number of fans who bother and make it to the ground are easier to police

In Croatia (or the Balkans overall), we get it quite often that fans of whoever cannot travel to a certain destination because of their behaviour, bans, etc. Could be on or off the stadium. Or evaluation of risk. “Normal” fans with nothing on their record will still have the opportunity to attend games.

Lee is the false #9, this season they’ve been playing mostly with him or Dembele centrally in such a role. Doue is a young winger.
Should have. Lead with his studs and kneed the guy in the head.

That’s what it looked like to me, but our commentators were talking about how he wouldnt like the central role so I thought I was just not paying close enough attention
