I’d take Brest personally.

Monaco will batter Brest.
It’s really one of the top 2 French clubs. Love to put out these plastic bottle jobs.
Really enjoyed today’s last round of action, qualification possibilities and draw options.
Overall a success in my opinion.
Whilst the 24 were reasonably predictable (Except maybe Leipzig they were shite), the order not so much.
That makes the next round fascinating and hope some big boys get drawn and fucked off - yes City and Real.
Well done LFC for a top performance throughout. Deserved and hopefully rewarded now in the future draws.
Monaco could get drawn against PSG on Friday for the playoffs. which would be 1st vs 3rd in the French League, I wouldn’t be surprised if the final two who could play us were Monaco and Benfica
I don’t find confusion enjoyable.
Well you know more tonight who we will face than we would usually.
So ManC v Real Madrid?
I have a splitting headache after all the permutations and I am now lying down in a darkened room.
They are guaranteed a match with either Real or Bayern. Draw tomorrow
I just went on the official site at full time and they had the 4 teams we could play
I can’t read your post because I’m listening to mindfulness music and sniffing aromatherapy oils.
Friday 11:00 GMT
At least we can sit back as winners with our hands behind our head nice and comfortable and just watch the next stage and who we could play.
Trying to think back to previous draw for the last 16. That was a minefield of possibilities. You couldn’t play your own country or someone in your group and it seemed like that was complicated. Pre draw you could drill it down to about 4-7 teams from memory. Either way there is always the luck of the draw and a game of death.
Yeah, would like to avoid PSG but the bigger thing is how balanced the draw is. We can potentially have any other side (except Barca) in our side of the draw which could make for (relatively) hard or easy potential quarter and semi final lineups.
There are three teams I’d like to avoid right now: Atlanta, Inter, and Arsenal. They’re all very solid at the back, which is a concern given that we’re not particularly sharp in attack. To win against that kind of opponent, we’ll need clutch moments.
I hope they’re away.
We’ve scored more than Arsenal and conceded less than Atalanta.
Take your point on Inter they are always a tough prospect. Would anyone want to face a Liverpool side that finished top and won 7/8 and sent the reserves plus U21s for the final match.
Barca are in some form right now they would be my major concern.
I think the only way we can play Barca is in the final.
So that’ll be good.
