PSG played an interesting formation tonight, it was basically with Danilo as the RCB in a back 3, pushing full backs higher, Paredes single pivot, Messi to his right, Verratti to his left and then Di Maria and Mbappe ready to start the high press.
Casemiro out is a blow for Real in the second leg, they donāt have another player like him. Which means theyāll probably have to drop Kroos into that role. Which is not ideal with what PSG offer in those areas. Unless they change the structure and play a double-six.
Well played PSG tonight, has to be said. Totally neutralized Real, good pressing, good initiative, only the finishing touch was missing, but they got that one goal in the end.

Bayern should finish them off second game but yeah shows how tough Salzburg can be, good to see really considering the criticism Lisbon got last night.

Bayern are weirdly going from top to a bit meh and weak this season. Played some outstanding stuff and some not too convincing stuff. Probably need a few players to return in midfield to make them solid and more consistent again.
